On 7 August, 2004 Stuart proposed to me on the roof of the Castle Keep in Newcastle! The diamond ring he placed upon my finger is a beautiful antique, from the 1920's and is 18k gold, set in platinum. It is so precious and delicate and I'll treasure it always.
